Who We Are

Founded in 1985, Chapel Hill Family Medicine is a three physician practice providing comprehensive health care for patients aged three and up. We are board-certified Family Physicians with a wide range of interests and skills, and years of experience between us. We offer extended office hours to accommodate your schedule, and can virtually always guarantee a same-day appointment with one of our physicians. We enjoy knowing our patients and their families over many years, and believe that this rapport is essential to providing high-quality care through all stages of life.

Services

  • Acute care for illnesses
  • Well-child visits and childhood vaccines
  • Care for chronic diseases including diabetes
  • heart disease, and arthritis
  • Preventive Care
  • Physicals for employment, school, CDL, sports, etc.
  • Well-woman care, including pap smears
  • Minor surgical procedures on-site
  • Osteopathic manipulative medicine with Dr. Triola
  • Pre-operative evaluations

Laboratory

In addition to our physician services, we are pleased to offer our on-site laboratory as a courtesy for our patients. Labs can be sent for all Quest users and for most Labcorp tests. Please note that we can only provide this service for tests ordered by our own physicians.

Hospital Care

Our physicians have admitting privileges at Riverview Medical Center. For admissions, we are proud to be affiliated with Hospital Medical Associates of Monmouth County. This group of physicians is dedicated to inpatient care in much the same way that we are dedicated to outpatient care. If one of our patients requires admission to Riverview, they are admitted and followed during their stay by Hospital Medical Associates. They have a physician present in the hospital 24/7 – not just on call, but physically able to be at your bedside whenever they are needed. We receive faxed reports on your stay at both admission and discharge, allowing excellent continuity of care between the inpatient and outpatient settings.

After Hours Care

One of us, or a similarly qualified covering doctor, is available after hours by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can reach the on-call physician via our regular office number with any concerns or questions. Please note that medication refills cannot be handled after hours. Should you require in-person evaluation, the IMA Urgent Care Centers are open 7 days a week, including weekday evenings
