MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
We have an opportunity to join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant. The job duties are the following (but not limited to); enter information into EMR, provide care with excellent customer service. Prepare patient for examination and treatment; take brief patient history, assist with procedures, administer injections as approved, provide patient instructions. Other duties may be assigned depending on shift.

You have an opportunity to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. A Medical Receptionist’s primary responsibilities are greeting patients, checking in patients and making them feel welcome, collecting co-pays/deductibles/co-insurances and answering questions about insurance, checking out patients, scheduling, answering telephone calls, daily close reconciliation, verification, appointment reminders and excellent customer service. The qualified candidate must be willing to work some nights and weekends. We need someone flexible with good availability. We are open until 8 pm on the weekdays and 6 pm on the weekends.
Our front desk receptionist is the first to meet and greet our patients. It is important to positively represent IMA by being patient, compassionate and organized. We are currently looking for receptionists for locations in Shrewsbury, Red Bank and Middletown. Candidates must be familiar with computers and applications including Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task, be organized and complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
EDUCATION
Required: High school, GED or equivalent
Preferred: Medical secretarial or receptionist certification
EXPERIENCE
Required: Receptionist experience
Preferred: Medical Receptionist experience in occupational health setting; bilingual
