IMA’s Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere that has an internet connection.
To request access to IMA’s Patient Portal, please call your IMA Primary Care office and request access. In 24-48 hours, our office will send you an email with a secure link to the IMA Patient Portal. Please check your email and the spam folder for this link.
Patients will sign up for the Patient Portal using a secure name and password. To sign up, please call your IMA Primary Care office. Once signed up, you will be able to:
- Securely Message Your IMA Care Team
- Request or Change Your Appointment
- Request a Prescription Refill
- View Lab Results

Since 1994, IMA Urgent Care & Primary Care is an independent physician owned and operated group of primary care physicians in a fully outpatient based “group without walls” practice located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
